My menus and catering services are mainly based on a cuisine with Mediterranean influences using the best fresh and seasonal products of the Algarve. Incredible fresh seafood  from the fish markets, shellfish from the Ria Formosa, meat and cheeses from the Algarve and Alentejo country sides and farms. I shop personally and always using the most fresh and sensational ingredients, keeping them simple but extremely tasting.
